Update on Live-Action Akira.

Looks like WB is still very interested in Akira. But I'm not sure about the current pick for directors. See the story here.

AICN will also be looking into this in the future. I'm betting the film will be 3-D if it gets made. I really hope it turns out well. But the direction they've revealed to be heading in doesn't sound very good. But let's hope for the best! Hopefully it doesn't turn out like this:
