Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker payed homage to Capcom's Monster Hunter in it's game. And now Capcom is returning the favor by having Metal Gear downloadable content in Monster Hunter Portable 3rd!

New trailer for live action Gantz!

Here's another quick trailer for the live action Gantz that will be releasing in Japan soon. The credits also tease the second part that will be another film releasing in 2011!

Manga Entertainment has reportedly picked up the distribution rights to Takeshi Koike's 'REDLINE.' Here are two new trailers for it!

Dissidia 012 Duodecim Final Fantasy Trailer!

Square Enix is back with fancier names and more fancy footage with a new trailer from TGS showing us the sequel to Dissidia Final Fantasy. It is a versus combat game featuring fan favorites from the entire Final Fantasy Franchise cast! The new game will feature Lightning from FFXIII! Tifa from FFVII is also reportedly in this game too! The game is exclusively on Sony's PlayStation Portable (PSP).



Final Fantasy fans can find artbooks, soundtracks, toys and plushies available at our store!

ICO, Shadow of the Collossus, and the Last Guardian!

Officially unveiled at TGS was the Team ICO Collection. Two of the most revered games from the PS2 are being given a facelift and ported onto the PS3 together on one blu-ray disc! The games will now be rendered natively in widescreen HD. Their texture assets are also being improved along with having a stable framerate locked at 30 fps! What's more, the games will also be playable in stereoscopic 3-D! The release date is expected to be in spring of 2011.



Team ICO also showed more about their new upcoming PS3 game, 'The Last Guardian.' It's release date is expected to be at the very end of 2011. All this time the team has been hard at work nailing down the technology and systems that will run the game and now are finally in crunch mode developing the story campaign.



A movie adaptation of 'Shadow of the Colossus' is also being planned and an interesting interview has popped up here with regards to the progress of that movie. Let's hope it turns out very good!

The team behind the 'Persona' and 'Shin Megami Tensei' RPGs are working on a new game for the PS3 and 360 that's an action/adventure game. It has a very cool horror vibe and looks to explore dark aspects of human sexuality and relationships. The cel-shaded graphics are also some of the best seen this generation and there will be fully animated cutscenes made by Studio 4C! Here are two trailers for the game that are available! It will be releasing sometime soon and it could be a sign of how an eventual 'Persona 5' may look!

Shadows of the Damned

Here's another announcement from TGS. Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami, Killer 7/No More Heroes creator Suda51, and Silent Hill director/composer Akira Yamaoka are collaborating on a new action horror game for PS3 and 360 called 'Shadows of the Damned.' Here's the first trailer!

Leaked clip of new Final Fantasy Versus XIII teaser!

Square Enix is known for showing trailers behind closed doors at its events. At this years Tokyo Games Show they had another trailer showing bits from Final Fantasy Agito XIII and Final Fantasy Versus XIII. It seems security was a little lax this time as somebody has managed to sneak out some handy cam footage of Versus XIII's gameplay that many of you have been dying to see. So here it is!

DmC: Devil May Cry trailer

The Tokyo Games Show is going on, and here's something interesting... Capcom has outsourced the next 'Devil May Cry' game to a Western developer, Ninja Theory, who made the PS3 game 'Heavenly Sword' and is currently also working on 'Enslaved' for the PS3 and 360. The new Devil May Cry game is a reboot/reimagining of the original game and features a new younger youth-oriented Dante. What do you think?

'The Illusionist' playing at TIFF!

Sylvain Chomet (The Triplettes of Belleville) has a new animated film out and it'll be playing at the Toronto Film Festival! It'll be playing on Sunday, September 12 at 2:30pm at the Elgin Theatre and on Sunday, September 19 at 6:30 at the Tiff Bell LightBox 2. Tickets usually cost around $20, and sometimes there are chances to meet with the film's staff. The film look beautiful and is sure to be well received! Trailer for 'PRIEST'!

Here's our very first trailer for the live adaptation of the manga 'Priest'! Anyone looking for more volumes can inquire at our store! On an animation note (and not shown in the trailer) the opening to this film is an animated sequence by Gendy Tartakovski (Samurai Jack). Hopefully that work will be available soon. If not, go and see the movie when it comes out. Definately worth while.
